Do you know all you need to know?

Standard

When do we reach a point when we have learned all we need to know? Certainly the Commissioner of Patents thought that this limit had been reached when he wrote this in 1899,

“Everything that can be invented has been invented”

We may laugh when we read the quote above and think ‘how could someone be so close minded’ but stop…and think again. Have you ever dismissed an idea because it seemed ridiculous? Have you turned down an opportunity because it seemed too risky? Have you chosen the safe option on a menu when you have travelled abroad?

Change is unavoidable, so let’s embrace it and always keep our minds open to what opportunities come our way. One of them just might be the one that transforms your life.
